Shipping Policy

We ship products Australia wide only. No international shipping is available at this time.

  • Singular card purchases and carts valued over $50 qualify for free standard shipping

All other shipping rates are based on the weight of your purchase.

  • Purchases with weight between 0-599grams is $6.50
  • Purchases with weight between 600g-1kg is $9.50

Kangaroo and Kite use Australia Post standard mail or Sendle Couriers. We anticipate the delivery times to be 2-7 days once the order is fulfilled and that buyers will be notified when their purchases are in transit.

Do you want to collect directly?

We are a family business in the northern suburbs of Perth, proudly ensuring our products are designed and produced with in Australia (Printed in Melbourne to be specific!). Our clients are welcome to directly collect their purchases- given we have a minimum of 12 hours notice and the item is in stock. For those looking to collect in person please email directly to sales@kangarooandkite.com

Can we send a card on your behalf?

Absolutely! So long as its within Australia. You just need to tell us exactly what you want written in there. I promise our handwriting is pretty decent.

Refund Policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cards are a non-returnable item
We also do not accept returns for greeting cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

The card says Out Of Stock?

With 23 native languages in our store and not knowing which cards will be in greatest demand, we've taken an estimate on stock levels. Send me an email if the card you want appears to be out of stock and I will check our incoming deliveries to see if more are on route.

We don't stock a particular language?

Dohhhh! This was bound to happen. Firstly, I am very sorry. Secondly, please let us know. This business has been built on listening to our multilingual friends share that they too have experienced the same issues we have faced with finding gifts in Portuguese. So if you'd like to see your native language added to our future collections then please, we want to hear from you (and I might just recruit you to be the translator)
